Traders Temple · Trader Match™ · v1.1
Category 01 of many · Prop firms

Find the prop firm built for how you actually trade.

Trader Match scores your trading style against real firm rules — the same engine will expand to brokers, strategies, and courses over time. Answer the questions below; the ledger re-ranks live, and firms that break a hard rule for your style are marked excluded rather than hidden, so you can see exactly why.

Illustrative dataset. The 12 firms below use approximate, publicly-referenced rules for demo purposes, including account sizes and evaluation types. Verify current terms directly with each firm before relying on this for a real decision.

Brokers, strategies, and courses are coming soon — your trader profile carries over automatically, so you won't start from scratch.

How Trader Match ranks firms

Trader Match uses a two-tier, rules-based scoring model — not a black box, and not a paid placement list. Every firm in the dataset is scored the same way, using the same public logic described below. The engine is built category-first: prop firms are live today, brokers/strategies/courses follow the same framework later.

Tier 1 — hard filters

If a firm structurally can't support how you trade, it's excluded from your ranking entirely rather than buried at the bottom. Excluded firms still show in the ledger, greyed out, with the specific reason.

FilterExcludes when
InstrumentsNone of your selected instruments are offered
Overnight holdingYou require it and the firm doesn't allow it
Weekend holdingYou require it and the firm doesn't allow it
News tradingYou require it and the firm restricts it
EA / algo tradingYou require it and the firm doesn't allow it
Evaluation typeYou require instant/1-step/2-step and the firm doesn't offer it
Tier 2 — weighted scoring (0-100)

Surviving firms are scored on fit. Weights below are approximate maximums per factor — a firm doesn't need to win every category to rank highly, but drawdown headroom and your stated priority carry the most weight.

How Prop Readiness is scored

Prop Readiness doesn't ask new questions — it's computed from the same trader-profile answers that power matching (risk per trade, loss behaviour, drawdown comfort, track record) plus a consistency check across your stated style and behaviour. Three components, averaged with risk management and psychology weighted slightly higher than raw consistency:

ComponentWeight
Risk management (position sizing, drawdown awareness)35%
Psychology (behaviour under losses, track record under pressure)35%
Consistency (do your stated style and behaviour agree)30%

This is a self-report proxy, not a verified trading history. It's meant to prompt honest reflection before spending money on an evaluation, not to gatekeep — a low score comes with a suggested pathway, not a refusal.

Where partner commission sits

Traders Temple may earn a referral commission when you open an account with a firm through this tool. That relationship never affects a firm's score or rank — the scoring model above runs identically regardless of which firms pay commission, and firms cannot pay for a better position. Commission only ever determines which firms we prioritise onboarding into the dataset in the first place. Every score breakdown includes an explicit line confirming commission wasn't a factor.

Dataset accuracy

Prop firm rules change often. This dataset is checked and updated on a recurring basis, but you should always confirm current drawdown limits, targets, and payout terms directly with the firm before funding an account.

Our principles

Assessment before monetisation.
Recommendations are never influenced by commission.
Readiness is never influenced by sales targets.
Every recommendation is explainable.
Every score is reproducible and versioned.
Trader interests come before company revenue.
